Lady Scarlet likes well read guys. But this one was shallow and she did not find it interesting because his perspectives were shallow and she did not like any of that. The mistress then head trampled him and she crushed him from head to toe to make him learn to read and to broaden his perspectives. Lady Scarlet used her heels to punish and humiliate this guy. He had been doing things his way and disregarding her instructions and that did not sit right with her.
